Securely pack the items in their original Silayi Pret packaging, ensuring the invoice is included and the garment is in its original condition.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will contact you within 24-48 hours to collect the parcel from your doorstep.
Quality Check and Refund
After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days.
